1 cup grape jelly
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup skim milk
1 T. parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground bison meat
12 oz. chili sauce
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 c. egg beaters
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix everything except jelly and chili sauce,
and form into 60 meatballs, brown in skillet.
Place jelly and chili sauce in crockpot, add
meatballs, simmer 1 hour.
